How do you build a machine that turns insurance agents into super-agents, through smart user journeys, killer tools, and data-driven optimization?
What You'll Be Working On:
- Continuously improve the user journeys for our agent platform - from first click to successful sale and beyond
- Own our growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with strategic long-term initiatives, to drive key metrics across activation, conversion, adoption and retention
- Build and optimize growth loops, user onboarding, and engagement features, including by running experiments and A/B tests, to identify what works and scale it fast
- Create marketing automation that doesn't feel like automation - think personalized outreach that agents actually respond to
- Build cool tools that make agents' lives easier (and make them wonder how they lived without us)
- Dive into the data to uncover opportunities for improvement, all the way from helping design the data infrastructure itself and to consuming its outputs to make data driven decisions
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- Battle scars from 5+ years in product management and growth marketing
- A sixth sense for user needs (bonus points if you've worked in financial services)
- The ability to design experiences (and UX) that both consumers and professionals love
- Tech stack expertise that goes deep, including solid understanding of marketing tech stacks
- The power to translate complex ideas into clear technical requirements
