About the Role
In this role you will forge strategies and creative partnerships to assist Assured Allies in meeting its long-term goal to make successful aging possible for all older adults. You will make a direct impact through building strong relationships with our carrier, distributor and agent communities to increase sales of our Assured Allies portfolio of products and services.
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional at Assured Allies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our insurance products and services that support successful aging. You’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing strong relationships with carriers, distributors, and agents—helping us expand market reach and achieve our long-term mission: enabling older adults to age successfully and independently.This role is ideal for a strategic, motivated sales leader who thrives on hunting for new opportunities, developing partnerships, and making a tangible business impact.
What you’ll do:
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and proactive prospecting.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads by researching prospects and applying consultative sales techniques.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on prospecting and client acquisition goals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that expand our distribution channels and product reach.
- Strengthen partnerships with agents, IMOs, carriers, and distributors to drive sustained sales growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to refine messaging and improve the customer journey.
- Spot barriers to entry and recommend creative solutions to unlock new growth opportunities.
An ideal candidate owns:
- 10+ years experience working in insurance or healthcare sales.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Life, annuity, and accident and health license preferred.
- Experience working with independent marketing organizations and life and annuity agents is preferred.
- Experience in running an insurance agency or marketing organization is preferred.
- Prior experience in “train the trainer” distribution is preferred.
- Ability to influence across different functions and cultures via excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet maintain team level participation.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- A Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation.
- Comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a constantly-changing work environment.

Location: We are open to candidates based in the Northeast with an expectation for some travel (30% of the time).
