Job description

We are seeking a full-time proactive Project Manager to join our team in the Boston office. You will use your skills as a problem solver and creative professional to develop project plans and ensure their timely delivery. You will work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and will apply solid judgment regarding needs and priorities. This position will report directly to the Program Manager located in Israel.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
  • Oversee the allocation of internal resources for project execution
  • Assist in the definition of project’s scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Ongoing change management of the projects’ scope, schedules and costs
  • Implement risk management methodologies to minimize projects’ risks
  • Create and maintain projects’ documentation (develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to track ongoing requirements )
  • Drive clarity across the organization - transparently communicate priorities, process and progress to business stakeholders.
  • Track project performance, specifically aimed to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working as program/project manager in a global environment, and in a multi-functional space 
  • 2+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion 
  • Strong relationship building skills, ability to establish credibility and influence within the company
  • Ability to proactively identify and creatively solve complex, cross-functional issues, often unique to each project 
  • Quick to call out risks, problems and blind-spots but are not discouraged by them
  • Experience working in an ambiguous, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skilled in Google workspace - a must
  • Asana, Jira - an advantage

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management or other related field preferred
