We are seeking a quality and training resource to work under the direction of VP Operations to track and support our vendor provider network. This network provides the range of services to our members to enable them to age in place without the need to activate their LTC policies or deplete personal funds to enable successful aging.  . This position will report directly to the VP of Services and Operations in our Boston office. Are you ready to join us?

Responsibilities:

  • Management and execution  of the network development and provider development strategy and process
    •  Identification, Evaluation, Vetting, Selection and Contracting Process
  • Ensure satisfaction with internal users and membership access, 
  • Establish strategic provider recruitment goals and measure performance
  • Takes responsibility for successful, quality and cost effective solutions
  • Provide guidance to cultivate and foster long-term provider retention
  • Manages the provider requests to ensure deadlines / client SLAs  are achieved
  • Prioritizes workload to achieve successful project deadlines are met, working with the functional business units to re-prioritize requests as needed
  • Define Operational Processes for Vendor Use
    • Standard, Exception, Reporting, Compliance
  • Manages provider onboarding training in concert with Training and Quality function 
  • Provides feedback to vendor providers on SLAs, quality.
  • Provides reporting to all key functional business units on provider status
  • Maintains and ensures the accuracy of provider records in all databases
  • Achieves targeted goals revolving network growth, utilization of products, and provider retention

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-5 years experience developing / sourcing / negotiating / managing third party providers
  • Must have working  knowledge of the evolving Wellness space and Aging Services or Health Plan provider networks
  • Familiarity with contracts and contract negotiations
  • Must be comfortable with working within and learning new software and technology tools that support aging in place. (Program Management (eg Asana), Analytic tools, G-Suite, Slack, etc)

Education:

  • Ideally undergraduate or graduate business degree

Assured Allies’ mission is to make aging sustainable. We empower older adults to live happier, healthier, and more independently at home while reducing the financial burden associated with aging. As the first step in our journey, we are working with long-term care insurance companies, building new solutions for this huge but struggling market. We use advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms, unique data collection methods, and personalized evidence-based clinical interventions. One of our products - the Age Assured program, which identifies near-future risks to policyholders and introduces customized interventions to mitigate them - is already live, while the construction and marketing of other products are well underway. We have raised a series A, and have offices in Tel Aviv and Boston, MA.
